“When my husband and I decided to move from Canada to Huatulco with our children, we weren't setting out to start a real estate company.”

We were looking for a life richer in time, warmth, and shared experiences. We fell deeply in love with the coast, the gentle rhythms of the bays, and the incredible generosity of the Oaxacan community. But navigating the legal, structural, and relocation processes back then showed us firsthand how vital genuine guidance truly was.
